Processing Times
We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 48 hours.
During busy seasons or when we need to restock inventory, processing may take 5–10 business days.

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable and cost-effective option at the time.

Shipping Insurance
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to help cover lost, stolen, or damaged packages or items. It is HIGHLY suggested to opt for the shipping insurance on orders of $100 or greater. Though we will make every attempt to help, once orders change possession from our hands to the shipping company's hands, we are not in control of what occurs and can not guarantee the safe arrival of your package.

If Shipping Protection is declined, we will do our best to assist you, but replacements or refunds depend on the carrier’s investigation and may take longer or be limited by carrier requirements.
Shipping Protection helps ensure fast, hassle-free resolution in case something goes wrong during transit.
Please note: Orders shipped without insurance are the responsibility of the customer once the carrier accepts the package. We strongly recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please take photos of the package before opening it.
Carriers require this documentation to approve claims.
Please provide photos of:

Any damaged or missing items
Without the required photos, we may not be able to replace missing or damaged products.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier.

Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages early.

If still missing, contact us and we will help start a carrier investigation.
Replacements for confirmed lost packages are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the carrier’s findings and available evidence.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to the corrected address (additional postage will apply).
International Shipping (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Shipping times vary by destination and may be delayed by customs processes.
